Anastasia is coming of age but her transfer to woman hood is not easily accomplished and far from normal. She starts seeing dead people. Her maternal family history is overshadowing her thoughts. Every other generation a female descendent is born with particular powers. Once in a lifetime, when the stars align a great one is born.
